Last year 2024 I bought a Tuff Hose which I used a couple of times. In May I used it for the first time this year only to discover a leak near the top. I emailed Tuff Hose to ask if I tried to repair it would that cancel the guarantee. I received an e-mail by return asking me to send a photograph of leak. I sent a short video. A replacement hose must have been sent out that day. Thank you so much. I have been using new hose to water my pot plants throughout this summer (2025) and would recommend highly. Thanks again

I've had my tuff hose for a couple of weeks now, and I'm pleased to say that it's strong, sturdy, and meets with my expectations. It's easy to set so you can use it straight away.

A very easy to use, useful tool for the garden and I find it much easier to use than a conventional hose. The quality of hose and fixings is good and I cannot fault the aftercare when something goes wrong. I certainly would recommend this company.

I ordered a expandable hose length 150ft.i was expecting a complete full length hose ..what actually arrived was a 50ft hose and a 100ft hose and a connector..they don't tell you this in there description when you order over 100ft . They should mention in description when ordering over a 100ft hose the order will be in two separate boxes..I would of liked a completely full length hose without adding another hose to reach my required length..

We have a hosepipe ban so I haven’t actually been able to test it, but it looks good hanging up and takes up far less room then the bulky ones on a reel

Good quality hose and fittings. Needed 150 metres so went for 100 + 50 metres with the male connector. It worked perfectly and does the job. Would definitely recommend.

Love this hose! It’s a great design that doesn’t kink unlike other hoses. Easy to use and good features like different spray settings. Easy to store on the wall hanger. Also looks good with high quality brass fittings. Very nice product thank you!

Impractical - not ok for use over hard surfaces as the outer cover easily frays. Not realistic to use at the specified length - it is like an elastic band which jumps out of hand and returns ( fast ) to its relaxed length which is very frustrating in use. Seems like a China invention to me and not a practical one !

I have previously purchased hoses for myself and my family I recently purchased 1 for my neighbour he loves it and I've also just purchased a new 1 for myself as my old 1 caught on corner of my wall and I pulled it too hard and it split but I have ordered the new brass ends and Lewis told me how to fix it so I'll have 2 now bonus love these hoses they are the best ever

As far as hoses go, it's great - particularly like it when you turn the water off you can still spray the last of the water out. Champion! Hopefully it'll last a good while

I a.ready have one of these hoses and it is definitely superior to others I have had in the past. It is still going strong three years on. The latest purchase is for use elsewhere in the garden!

Looks like a really substantial hose. so far all the joints have remained water tight even between the 2 hoses and their connector. There is good pressure. It's easy to use and clear away. Just wish I could get a reply to the question I've asked about how to link it to the water tap on my water butts.

I have used Tuff Hose for a number of years and have found the hose vastly superior to other hoses on the market.

we needed something easier to handle and this is it. Love the rotating head giving different delivery spray/jet/mist etc and have found it’s excelldnt for the car too.

We have, in the past, gone for cheap hoses which, on the face of it, looked the part, but turned out to be false economies, inferior products which promised the earth and delivered nothing but disappointment. By spending a little more money, we feel that we have finally made the best decision possible. This is, by far, the best expandable hose we have ever bought, and even though we haven’t used it extensively yet, we feel that we are going to benefit from investing in a product that oozes quality. This was apparent when unboxing, setting up and first using the hose. We are so glad we discovered T-Hose before making another big mistake. Thank you, Pete and Carol from Telford.

The hose costs a bit more but is definitely worth it. Very strong withe the brass fittings and the outer cover is much much stronger than the cheapy ones you can get.

Lovely robust connectors, amazingly short hose that grows with the water flow and reaches everywhere it needs to. Nice strong spray nozzle also.

I've been looking at the T-Hose for over a year and finally decided to buy one after getting fed up of our heavy hose. At first, when I switched the water on, I tried to spray the car down and there was hardly any pressure. I then realised I had to wait for the hose to fill up with water (doh!) and it worked brilliantly. It is very light to move around and shrinks back so I can store it in a bucket. So much easier than our old, heavy hose.

I ordered the 50ft size , as says it expands to 3 times its size but it doesn’t read description again and your description of size when expanded is confusing , it works well , but doesn’t expand to size I believed it would , which means I now have to buy another to extend it to required size , so frustrating .

Hose is brilliant, now have one for front and back garden.

Seems to be thicker than other expandable hoses I have had. It does not expand width wise as much so this indicates to me that it might last longer and not explode like all the others. The down side is that it doesn't seem to boost the pressure as much as some I have used.

I had excellent service from Lewis who emailed that you were out of stock on the 100ft hose I ordered and offered a refund or 2 x 50ft hoses plus free brass connector. I opted for the latter, which arrived 2 days later. The new hose is so lightweight and user-friendly that I wish I had replaced my old heavy, unwieldy thing very much sooner. And all 100ft of T-hose sits nicely in an old jelly pan!

Very pleased with two 15 m hoses I bought. Brass fixings/connector and spray guns all good quality and working well so far but I have been minimising use because of the hot weather and reduced water availability. The hoses are nice and light and easy to manoeuvre. It is brilliant that the size reduces when empty of water, so much easier to handle and store carefully. Time will tell on longevity. But I plan to store them away for the winter.

Constant problems with holes in the hose, leaking connectors, broken spray gun. Conclusion ... not fit for purpose. Lewis has exchanged hoses several times. Still getting holes and leaks. Its not caused by any improper use.9

Hoses and sprays are great but as I'm dragging my hose over decking to water the back garden area the green covering is getting really frayed and scruffy looking. Hope the covering lasts.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, because their customer service was fantastic when the house I ordered had a problem (shrinking back when turned on, and filling up again when I released the trigger). After trying their advice and the problem remained, I was instantly sent another hose, no questions asked. Very impressed! But the new hose had the same problem! Maybe they all do that? But my previous one (a different make) didn’t.

I bought 2 hoses to replace flimsy ones that burst and had to be mended frequently and I'm glad I did. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Broken after a couple of months minimal use of hose. Very disappointing.

Not overly impressed. I ordered black got green. Hose brass connector keeps bursting apart even at very low water pressure. I did complain and had a very quick response. They also supplied a couple of new brass connectors free of charge, but not made a difference. I’ve had better quality in the past from other suppliers.

I just love this hose. it's so easy to use

I was a bit dubious about the advertising claims - especially given that it was not from a known high street retailer and was a 'no-name brand' that I was not familiar with. But given the issues I had with leaky fittings on well known brand hoses, I thought I had nothing to lose but to try it! My doubts were compounded at first use when the outer knitted lining began to fray in places where the hose was travelling around corners of the house or walls on my property. However, despite this it has stood up to several weeks of power washing the patio, walkways and driveway. It stretches remarkably well - as advertised, It has not leaked so far and it recoils when the water supply is turned off and DRAINED. Which is the only drawback - having become accustomed to the non-return valves on many branded hoses - which allows the hose gun to be interchanged for the Ryobi power washer gun nozzle that I use - without the need to shut off the water supply. When you disconnect with this hose - you will get drenched unless you turn off the water supply first - and even then there is a loss of water from the hose end. But once you know this - then a walk back to the water tap is what's needed. Inconvenient at best and a waste of water if you are not prepared for it. The spray gun that comes with the hose looks cheap and inferior compared to the big name brands, but works well enough. The only remaining question is durability - will it last and how much fraying will it endure .... only time and usage will tell. Interim viewpoint: Satisfied with the product so far and would recommend on the hose's performance to date.

Product was delivered on time and appears to be as described. Feels like good quality, so I am happy at present. However, it’s the longer term use that will provide the best assessment of this hose

Great hose.

Have not actually used it yet. It looks like a solid hose with good standard fittings. After a small problem, dealt with very quickly I will start to use next week.

150 ft Hose is two hoses joined together, joint is always coming apart when under pressure. Would be better as one continuous hose.

First they sent the wrong hose but sent the right one (100' black hose) quickly. First time we used it the last 3 metres stretched and is now thin even when it has no water in (see photo). It looks wrong but works okay. I like the brass fittings.

It was not clear 150ft is two hoses that you have to join. The join can come apart as you move through the garden as mine did the first time I used it. The biggest issue is no aquastop valve. Therefore to swap the end to a brush to wash your car either after watering your garden or perhaps to start with a brush then swap to rinse you need to turn off the tap, empty the hose go all the way back to the tap as it shrinks down then start again. I am about to order a replacement. I don't know of any other hose that doesn't have an aquastop it is just standard

This was a replacement for one of my two hoses as one was leaking. I chose black this time so that I will know in the future which is my most recent. as I one is green and one is black. I love the hoses they stretch so far and yet don’t take up a lot of room to store.
