Initial reaction is that it is so much better than other well known brands. Brass fittings and strong outer cover yet same very light weight. Good on price comparison and delivery was as promised only a few days after order was placed.

So far so good. The 2 lengths of hose join effortlessly and definitely no leaks. You do need to remember to pull the brass collar back to attach to the tap or spray gun, rather than just push fit as you would with the plastic fittings. The quality of the materials is excellent.

Previously had an extendable hose of another make which only lasted several months, replaced that one with a 15m t-hose 3 years ago, been left out all year round and used every other day in summer but was a bit short really so got pulled at quite a bit eventually failing at the tap end , replaced it with the 30m t-hose and so far seems much better as it reaches where i need it to and the new style spray gun seems ok.

I’ve had a few hoses over the years, but this hose is on another level, it’s well build and the fittings are solid.
I purchased a 150 ft and it came in two parts 100ft + 50ft, which was perfect for me, as do not need the 150ft all the time, only time will tell if this wears well?.

Honestly thought it was wrong size but as soon as the tap was turned it ended up extending to longer than I thought, absolutely brilliant hosepipe, and the brass fittings and connector are also brilliant, my old plastic one leaked, and my tap is inside my conservatory and absolutely no leak at all with this one. I'd definitely recommend this hose, already have to my dad.

I underestimated how long a hose I needed and thought it would expand further than it does, however to 50ft it is just long enough for my back garden, it’s exactly what I wanted albeit a bit short, connections are good quality and no leakage, would definitely recommend the product.

This hose is exactly what I wanted. The quality appears to be very good. The service from this supplier was exceptional. Royal Mail delivered an empty box in a damage bag. When I raised the issue with this supplier they shipped another hose immediately for next day delivery. I would definitely recommend this product and supplier.

the hose arrived the day following our order. It was easy to install onto the outside tap and all the connections worked perfectly. The hose itself was a fraction of the length of our previous hose but covered a much greater distance than we expected. It is so much more manageable - lighter to handle and much easier to store once the water is drained and certainly more pleasant on the eye.
Can't recommend it enough for all gardeners.

I have just bought a 200’ hose, consisting of 2 x 100’ hoses, but while the quality seems fine, no connector was included to join the two together so I have had to buy one separately. This is very annoying and the description is misleading. Otherwise the water gun, brass fittings, etc seem better engineered than a lot of water hoses on the market. We shall see how it holds up in use …

These are a fantastic product , quality brass fittings and easy to store as the hose shrinks down to half its size when the water pressure drops, just hangs on the tap, using the hose rather than watering can now as so quick to set up and put away. Bought 2 of these hoses, one for the front garage and one for the rear garden, don’t know how long they will last but at £25 each I think they are great value. Would highly recommend. Delivery was quick from the Kendal area I think.

Bought one hose and was very pleased with it. Needed a second to allow me to wash my car. One hose is plenty long enough for the garden and it’s very easy to attach the second for car washing. Also easy to store despite the long length. Brass fittings are excellent. Would recommend.

The hose is good and works very well. Time is the true test. However, Lewis was a responsive seller. The initial package was stolen in transit and I received an empty box (perhaps suggesting the popularity of Tuff hose) but I got a quick replacement when I brought it Lewis's notice.
