Hose is brilliant, now have one for front and back garden.

Seems to be thicker than other expandable hoses I have had. It does not expand width wise as much so this indicates to me that it might last longer and not explode like all the others. The down side is that it doesn't seem to boost the pressure as much as some I have used.

I had excellent service from Lewis who emailed that you were out of stock on the 100ft hose I ordered and offered a refund or 2 x 50ft hoses plus free brass connector. I opted for the latter, which arrived 2 days later. The new hose is so lightweight and user-friendly that I wish I had replaced my old heavy, unwieldy thing very much sooner. And all 100ft of T-hose sits nicely in an old jelly pan!

Very pleased with two 15 m hoses I bought. Brass fixings/connector and spray guns all good quality and working well so far but I have been minimising use because of the hot weather and reduced water availability. The hoses are nice and light and easy to manoeuvre. It is brilliant that the size reduces when empty of water, so much easier to handle and store carefully. Time will tell on longevity. But I plan to store them away for the winter.

Hoses and sprays are great but as I'm dragging my hose over decking to water the back garden area the green covering is getting really frayed and scruffy looking. Hope the covering lasts.

Great hose with secure brass fittings, wish I had bought it years ago !

I bought 2 hoses to replace flimsy ones that burst and had to be mended frequently and I'm glad I did. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I just love this hose. it's so easy to use

I was a bit dubious about the advertising claims - especially given that it was not from a known high street retailer and was a 'no-name brand' that I was not familiar with. But given the issues I had with leaky fittings on well known brand hoses, I thought I had nothing to lose but to try it! My doubts were compounded at first use when the outer knitted lining began to fray in places where the hose was travelling around corners of the house or walls on my property. However, despite this it has stood up to several weeks of power washing the patio, walkways and driveway. It stretches remarkably well - as advertised, It has not leaked so far and it recoils when the water supply is turned off and DRAINED. Which is the only drawback - having become accustomed to the non-return valves on many branded hoses - which allows the hose gun to be interchanged for the Ryobi power washer gun nozzle that I use - without the need to shut off the water supply. When you disconnect with this hose - you will get drenched unless you turn off the water supply first - and even then there is a loss of water from the hose end. But once you know this - then a walk back to the water tap is what's needed. Inconvenient at best and a waste of water if you are not prepared for it. The spray gun that comes with the hose looks cheap and inferior compared to the big name brands, but works well enough. The only remaining question is durability - will it last and how much fraying will it endure .... only time and usage will tell. Interim viewpoint: Satisfied with the product so far and would recommend on the hose's performance to date.

Product was delivered on time and appears to be as described. Feels like good quality, so I am happy at present. However, it’s the longer term use that will provide the best assessment of this hose

Great hose.

Have not actually used it yet. It looks like a solid hose with good standard fittings. After a small problem, dealt with very quickly I will start to use next week.

150 ft Hose is two hoses joined together, joint is always coming apart when under pressure. Would be better as one continuous hose.

First they sent the wrong hose but sent the right one (100' black hose) quickly. First time we used it the last 3 metres stretched and is now thin even when it has no water in (see photo). It looks wrong but works okay. I like the brass fittings.

It was not clear 150ft is two hoses that you have to join. The join can come apart as you move through the garden as mine did the first time I used it. The biggest issue is no aquastop valve. Therefore to swap the end to a brush to wash your car either after watering your garden or perhaps to start with a brush then swap to rinse you need to turn off the tap, empty the hose go all the way back to the tap as it shrinks down then start again. I am about to order a replacement. I don't know of any other hose that doesn't have an aquastop it is just standard

This was a replacement for one of my two hoses as one was leaking. I chose black this time so that I will know in the future which is my most recent. as I one is green and one is black. I love the hoses they stretch so far and yet don’t take up a lot of room to store.

Putting the 2 together has made the longest hose ever. Perfect for getting into all the gardens. I am thrilled with it! Thank you

Very well made and great quality hose. I was looking for something a a bit classier than the standard green plastic hose and this is perfect. Great value, and the wall hook works perfectly too. Brilliant customer service :)

Very good quality and upgrade on the hose it was replacing. Hope fully it lasts as long if not longer.

These are the best flexible hoses on the market. Much better than any others i've used as they are much more robust and have a 2 year guarentee. T-Hose also have great customer service and support. They are very easy to deal with so would highly recommend.

One of the hoses i bought had a pinhole leak I contacted T HOSE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND ASKED ME TO SEND A photo of the hosepipe leak in had a email back straight away apologise for the problem and a new replacement hosepipe was on the way FIRST CLASS SERVICE BLEDDYN PUGH

I put it together without the help of any book of instructions but within 3 seconds of starting to use it, it fell to bits. I managed to find the screw, ball bearings and spring, which had also disappeared and reassemble it without benefit of instructions but exactly the same thing happened. I had to leave it to two experienced neighbours who managed to put it together again and so far, it has worked. What I am most disturbed about is the fact that I emailed you within 24 hours asking for your help but you did not reply to this email and that is why I had to rely on neighbours to help out. I have no idea what caused the problem except that I did notice the screw had been put in at an angle and wasn't strong enough to hold the rose in place. Now that it is working properly, I'm happy with the hose and it's working well but I was disappointed not to have any response to me email to you. It was a great pity that you didn't include the most basic information required to assemble the product.

Excellent - feels well made and is so good to use.

The big trouble with this hose is that it does not slide very well over concrete surface and keeps getting caught on rough surface imperfections. Secondly thinking you have enough hose as soon as you start to water it starts to contract and tries to pull it out of your hand.

Extremely flexible, able to deal with all difficult areas, highly recomended!

After 2 other brands of flexi hose burst after a couple of uses we ordered this one. I’m hoping it will be more robust than our others - really like the metal connectors.

So far it’s been great. Connections don’t leak, no kinks, good choice of spray heads. All fab so far.

Unfortunately the hose arrived with a hosepipe ban but it looks good and we are looking forward to giving it a workout when restrictions are lifted

Game changer for sure. After years of struggling with an unwieldy hose that kinked and pinged off the wall and knocked over plants...this seems like a miracle! SO much nicer to use and MAGIC that it expands so much. Coils up really neatly and the brass fittings are marvellous. Best thing I've purchased in a long while...many thanks

The tuff hose is absolutely brilliant. The metal connections are robust so I don't end up having a shower myself( my plastic hose frequently disconnected). I love the fact that I can tuvk the length of the hose out of the way when I'm not using it!.

So far the hose is great . Just hoping it does sprout a leak like the previous one from a different supplier

Love my hose! Unfortunately we have a hose pipe ban now so I’ve only used it a few times, but I love the way it shrinks back down to size when you turn the water off. Easy for storage. Perfect for my patio garden.

I got two hoses. When they arrived I was chuffed. Using them were easy. Until the inner tube split spitting out water through the green mesh. Went to the second hose, all okay then the exact same problem. I honestly thought I was buying quality. How wrong was I. Both have lasted less then 4/5 months. I’m hoping for a refund as this product is very poor quality.

It works okay, but I expected slightly better quality. The soaker setting doesn't work properly - the water dribbles out. The other settings are OK.
