Really pleased so far! I wanted a hose that didn't kink and this (touch wood) looks like the one. Plus I don't have to wind it round a reel, I just pop it into a bucket and it doesn't get all tangled. The multi-way hose-head was a real bonus too.

Would have been better if a washer had been included with the tap fitting, we had a to put one in as despite it being a new tap water went everywhere. Also one end of the metal fittings was loose so water sprayed out. It needed tightening. Product now working well, but what was supposed to be a 5 minute job changing the old hose turned into 30 minutes of running around and some swearing!

Looks pretty "Tuff" to me but the main "watering season" is practically over for now so I'll give a more accurate review this time next year. My last hose of this type, from the leading UK brand, lasted 5 months when mostly used inside a large greenhouse laying on the floor. It developed a serious leak about half way along & was irreparable.

It does exactly what was described on the product info. I was surprised when I received it in a tiny package that certainly wasn't a 15m hosepipe. On filling with water it suddenly expanded to 15m, and shrunk again when emptied. I have no idea how long it will last but it looks robust, and there's no indication that it will spring any leaks in the few years. A great product!

I have a few T hoses and live them. Tangle free and the brass connections are easy to attach and detatch. Buy one of these and you'll never buy another make again

This hose is spectacular value for money. The spray attachment seems to be adequately robust, offers more settings than you could ever need and the hose appears a lot ‘tuffer’ than others on the market.

Last year 2024 I bought a Tuff Hose which I used a couple of times. In May I used it for the first time this year only to discover a leak near the top. I emailed Tuff Hose to ask if I tried to repair it would that cancel the guarantee. I received an e-mail by return asking me to send a photograph of leak. I sent a short video. A replacement hose must have been sent out that day. Thank you so much. I have been using new hose to water my pot plants throughout this summer (2025) and would recommend highly. Thanks again

I ordered a expandable hose length 150ft.i was expecting a complete full length hose ..what actually arrived was a 50ft hose and a 100ft hose and a connector..they don't tell you this in there description when you order over 100ft . They should mention in description when ordering over a 100ft hose the order will be in two separate boxes..I would of liked a completely full length hose without adding another hose to reach my required length..

Looks like a really substantial hose. so far all the joints have remained water tight even between the 2 hoses and their connector. There is good pressure. It's easy to use and clear away. Just wish I could get a reply to the question I've asked about how to link it to the water tap on my water butts.

We have, in the past, gone for cheap hoses which, on the face of it, looked the part, but turned out to be false economies, inferior products which promised the earth and delivered nothing but disappointment.
By spending a little more money, we feel that we have finally made the best decision possible.
This is, by far, the best expandable hose we have ever bought, and even though we haven’t used it extensively yet, we feel that we are going to benefit from investing in a product that oozes quality. This was apparent when unboxing, setting up and first using the hose.
We are so glad we discovered T-Hose before making another big mistake.

I've been looking at the T-Hose for over a year and finally decided to buy one after getting fed up of our heavy hose. At first, when I switched the water on, I tried to spray the car down and there was hardly any pressure. I then realised I had to wait for the hose to fill up with water (doh!) and it worked brilliantly. It is very light to move around and shrinks back so I can store it in a bucket. So much easier than our old, heavy hose.

Seems to be thicker than other expandable hoses I have had. It does not expand width wise as much so this indicates to me that it might last longer and not explode like all the others. The down side is that it doesn't seem to boost the pressure as much as some I have used.

I had excellent service from Lewis who emailed that you were out of stock on the 100ft hose I ordered and offered a refund or 2 x 50ft hoses plus free brass connector. I opted for the latter, which arrived 2 days later. The new hose is so lightweight and user-friendly that I wish I had replaced my old heavy, unwieldy thing very much sooner. And all 100ft of T-hose sits nicely in an old jelly pan!

Very pleased with two 15 m hoses I bought. Brass fixings/connector and spray guns all good quality and working well so far but I have been minimising use because of the hot weather and reduced water availability. The hoses are nice and light and easy to manoeuvre. It is brilliant that the size reduces when empty of water, so much easier to handle and store carefully. Time will tell on longevity. But I plan to store them away for the winter.
