I ordered and received my tuff hose on April,Im not sure if I potentially broke the spray gun trying to connect to a power washer but afterwards water was running from everywhere,I contacted tuff hose for advice but they replaced the hose for me and now it's as good as new again.thank you

My original spray gun went faulty. I contacted Tuff-Hose and a replacement was despatched immediately. The new spray gun is of a slightly different design and seems of a more robust construction. It works very well so far. Thanks to Lewis for his excellent customer service.

Really good with the wonderful T-hose. I have discovered it can be damaged in icy conditions. When I reported this it was swiftly replaced - very good customer service - but I have now bought an insulated bag for outside taps to protect it.

Due to The recent storm my existing spray gun had been smashed to bits so I went online to buy a replacement for my tuft hose, not only did I find it quite easily but the delivery was so quick. A great company and a great product…. Highly recommend

Delivery was extremely speedy and I couldn’t fault that. I bought a spray gun to replace the original T-Hose one that had snapped off in the sub-zero temperatures (my own fault for leaving it outside in winter). I was pleased to be able to get a replacement part, but I must say the build quality is not as good as the original. It feels smaller & lighter and doesn’t spray as well (water spraying out from the sides at different angles). Time will tell how I get on with it in the watering seasons ahead.

Apart from the broken spray head it worked well.
N.B the spray head was replaced promptly.
It appears it was frost damage so you should make it clear that the spray head retains water even after all water has been expelled from the hose. I don't leave the hose outside and is stored in a wood shed. There was no sign of frost in the wood shed so assumed suitable for storage. Needs advice that the spray head should be stored above freezing.
