Not being so agile/mobile nowadays these are great! Light weight and space saving these are brilliant hosepipes - more manageable and so easy to recoil, unlike the old traditional ones but still tough enough to get the job done.

The spray gun is less sturdy. Think it would easily break if I drop it on paving by mistake, but this is not why I bought it so hey?
NB. buy the longer one if the extended length is right on the cusp of being long enough.

Once I had realised that this small hose actually grows a lot once it is fed water, and then contracts when the water is turned off and the pressure is released, it is WONDERFUL! Light to use and easy to store on the hose holder.

Great hose but lack of auto shutoff valve on the end means you have to switch it off, disconnect from one item, then reconnect to say sprinkler and then turn on again. It also means when disconnected, even when turned off, it leaks water everywhere it moves, I.e. through the garage so I have to drain it before it starts to shrink back.

When I used the hose for the first time, there was a small leak! I got in touch with tuffhose and a replacement was sent out a replacement within the week. I've used it several times the attachments are high quality and the flex hose is perfect for me. I don't have to lug a huge heavy hose through the garden.. Definitely recommend it.

Bit shaky to start with as connection for the 50 metre part was missing ( sorted out and part delivered the next day)

Yes. Miraculously shrinking away when the water pressure is relieved. However, these hoses are prone to leaks and in my experience cannot be repaired.

It's very well made .I like that you can change the sprayer on the end .I have added a longer one so I don't have to bend .Love the fact it has metal fixings .The only down side is it doesn't stretch or shrink like the cheaper ones .I think I will have to get another hose to add on .

Arrived well packed and seems to work ok but time will tell whether it will last.
We've had two of these type of green expanding hoses from other sources and both of those developed faults soon after use, both times the internal tube either split or detached from the connector unit.
Bought this one as it's advertised as being toughest on the market.
Seems ok at present but if it goes the same way as previous two, I'll be giving up on these sort of hoses and going back to an old fashioned hose pipe!

Traditionally, watering my plants was not a task I enjoyed the hose would kink, the plastic connector would come off the tap and I’d then have to wind the whole thing back up. The hose had a mind of its own! My new T-Hose has transformed this into an enjoyable experience. The T-Hose is flexible, does not tangle or kink and the metal connectors are built to last. The T-Hose expands so well I can reach every corner of my garden and, when I’ve finished it contracts down to a compact size small enough to hang on the tap. I’ve given my old hosepipe away.

We have had two other hoses of this type, cheaper models, and they have both 'burst'!! One1 was replaced and that also burst. One quite spectacularly. We thought we would buy a better quality one and we bought yours which seems far more substantial. So far we are very pleased with it. The fittings are brass and of much better quality. The only other comment I could make is that the gun is almost too easy to use and will spurt water when it is just touched.

The hose is tough and good quality. At full stretch it will meet the advertised length but this did not work in my garden. I bought a second hose to join the first so I could water without pulling the hose tight which damaged my plants. Top tip buy the longer length if you have delicate plants

Really good hose. You can feel the quality. I've had cheap expanding hose before now, and got fed up of them quickly failing. The connections and gun are robust also. The only very slight downside, is the outer sheath can pull easily when it gets snagged on things. All in all, I would highly recommend.
