Bought the 30m hose. Used it twice. So far , so good. No leaks, but have been very mindful not to tread on it and been careful when storing. Like anything else I suppose, abuse it and it's going to let down. Trigger doesn't feel the most robust, but like I said been fine so far.

This hose pipe is great and doses well for what i need not put it to its full use yet

Works fine.. One drawback, it exoands when I don't want/need it to, like when filling a bucket.
Also, when using it, the water retained in the hose keeps it ecpanded, and even though you turn the tap off, it still exoeks a lot of wTer as the hose contracts.
Things for me to resolve in terms of usage.
As long as it doesn't leak, I'll say it's good

This is the 2nd tough hose I have bought, only replaced the 1st one as the builder dropped a brick on it.
Gone the the 100ft (30m) one, once in use it is long enough to reach both my front garden and my back garden and then when the water is off coils up nice and small.
Great hoses would definitely have another on and recommend one to our friends.

Where I use it to wash the car, It’s on concrete. The concrete is not rough, but I find the The material of the outside of The hose pipe hitches on the concrete all the time, so I find that there is threads hanging from the hose pipe all the time which is really annoying so I cannot see how it will last very long.

Only criticism I would have would be a warning to release the pressure in the hose before disconnecting it. There’s quite a bit of back pressure gets released as it contracts again. Otherwise all good.

I have not used my hose yet as it has not been required, due to wet weather.
Having thrown away two expanding hoses - of different makes - during the last year, I sincerely hope that the new one lives up to its claims.
Visually it looks promising, and we shall see, but with the warranty offered I shouldn't have a problem in the event of a burst hose.

It is just brilliant! It looks good, is very lightweight and I love the way it expands when you open the tap and it shrinks after closing the tap. No tangles or knots either.
The connection didn't fit the one that was on the tap but fortunately the tap connector that came with it, fitted the old tap.
Very, very pleased with it and the " spray gun" is absolutely fabulous too; the jet spray does the job in my car really well.
